The Stirnkorb Company, Inc. is an independent real estate brokerage company, which has been providing creative professional real estate services to San Diego County clients for more than thirty-four years. We specialize in the aquisition of homes, apartments, apartment land, mobilehome parks, development land and the sale of custom homes.

We also provide entitlement and financing services to our clients. We can build out projects, if warranted. We also have experience with manufactured housing, mobilehome park development, tenant purchases and condominium conversions.

We work with non-profit developers and with individual clients to secure public and institutional financing for affordable housing projects.

Homes

Property Acquisition: We will help you locate, evaluate, and finance your home or income property.

Property Sales: We sell special homes for special clients. We offer an aggressive commission discount program to sellers and we specialize in selling custom homes for builders.

Apartments and Apartment Land

We acquire apartments and apartment land for non-profits and investors.

Mobilehome Parks

We help clients buy mobilehome parks. We also specialize in resident purchases and condominium conversions of mobilehome parks.

Land

We buy and sell raw land and secure permits and financing for our clients. We are entitlement experts and coastal project specialist.

We pay referral fees of 20% on the amount of the commission we earn, from referrals that result in sales. Call us with your leads and we'll put our agreement in writing.
