* Community Housing of North County. (Communityhousing-sd.org) A 501c3 Public Benefit non profit corporation which has been providing quality affordable housing to North San Diego County families since 1988. Community Housing has built 9 complexes and owns and operates more than 900 units in San Diego County. In the last three years, while under the able leadershipo of Executive Director Sue Reynolds, we have helped them to acquire land for more than 250 units of tax credit apartments and 80 units of apartments for rehab.

* The Associates Group for Affordable Housing. (T.A.G.org) A 501c3 Public Benefit non profit corporation which has been set up to provide affordable housing opportunities to mobile home park residents Statewide. Gerry Gibbs, President. (Interim) Currently owns two parks and is in escrow to acquire Pioneer Pines a 352 space park in Bakersfield to rehab and convert. Specialty is mobilehome and manufactured housing projects. statewide.

* Park Encinitas, Encinitas: We helped senior citizen clients save their mobilehome park from becoming a shopping center. We helped them incorporate, then created the first mobilehome park condominium in the State of California to make it all work. Believe it!

* Hacienda Family Park and Apartments, Fallbrook: We used extensive "layered" government financing, patience and much lobbying, to help farm workers buy their mobilehome park when their La Jolla owner retired. Everyone wins! The politicians claimed victory in every newspaper in town.
